Return & Exchange Policy
To ensure customer satisfaction with our product, Salty Bird offers a full refund or exchange for defective item(s) within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must be returned unused, in original packaging, with tags attached. After 14 days, we reserve the right to deny your request for a refund or exchange.
Before you return your item(s) we ask that you contact us at email@example.com. Mention your name, a description of your purchase, and the reason for returning the item(s). Once you have received authorization from us, please mail item(s) to:

***Please note we do not cover the cost of shipping for return or exchange of item(s). These costs will be covered by customer.
***Please note shipping costs are non-refundable. We suggest using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We will not accept responsibility for lost or damaged items.
If you are approved for an exchange, your replacement item(s) will be promptly shipped from Costa Rica. Shipping times will vary according to where you live.
If you are approved for a refund, a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment within 30 days.

All pricing is in US dollars and is subject to change without notice. All other currencies are converted from U.S. Dollars according to the most current conversion rates.
Your Salty Bird item(s) will be shipped to the address you provide, so please make sure the address is valid. Orders are prepared and shipped immediately after a successful payment into Salty Bird’s Paypal account. Please allow 7-10 days delivery time.
Initial prices do not include shipping costs, which vary depending on delivery address. We offer DHL express shipping for a flat rate of $20USD including international orders. Free shipping on orders over $150USD
Some orders may incur a customs or import duty charge. Salty Bird does not have any control over these charges and cannot advise what they may be, as they are based on your own country’s regulations & compliances. For further information, please contact your local customs office. All charges are to be paid by the customer upon delivery of order.
If items have been shipped, Salty Bird Surf Apparel reserves the right to refuse order cancellation.
